He is survived by: his wife Pamela McGee-Higgs; his daughters, Leslie Kelley (Daniel) and Kendra Stewart (John); his sisters, Lynndonna White (Larry) and Melissa McGehee; his grandchildren, Leo Robert Dennison, Titan Stewart, Franklin Stewart, Trace Owen Kelley and Kennadie Rea Kelley; and his pet Mort. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
