He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Kay and Donna Kay (Booth). He is survived by: his wife Martha Kay; his daughters, Kristen Knox (Cory) and Trisha Kay; his brothers, David Kay (Mary Beth) and Timothy Kay (Donna); and his grandchildren, Crosby Knox, Evy Knox and Nash Knox. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
