He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kelly and Ann Kelly (McDonald); his brother Jim Kelly, Sr.; and his cousin Sister Kathleen Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kelly; his children, Mark Kelly (Jennifer), Scott Kelly, Kim Fantine (Peter), Patrick Kelly (Gay) and Robin Blaettner; his brother Paul Kelly; and his grandchildren, Isabella Fantine, Emma Fantine, Katie Farmer, Nathan Kelly and Lily Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, wonderful friends, and neighbors.
