Isern (Chad) of Germantown and Angela L DeVore (Sam) of Holly Springs, Mississippi.; his daughter Linda Dowd (Steve); his siblings, Leon Waggoner and Veronna Mae Foutch (Stanley H. Foutch); his nephews, Brian S. Alexander, Michael B. Alexander and Andrew C. Mishler; his close friend Betty Searle; his wife Mary Louise Waggoner (Eskew); and also, Alyxandra K. Goodin (Troy) of Whitestown, Brock J. Kitchel of Carmel, Steven M. Alexander of Cape Coral and Sammy J. DeVore of Holly Springs.
