Norman D. Hathcoat Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norman D. Hathcoat of Noblesville, Indiana, born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas, who passed away on January 17, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Norman may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hathcoat and Ruby Hathcoat (Ratliff); and his brothers, Bill Hathcoat and Bernard Hathcoat. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie A. Hathcoat (Roach); his children, Carol Salvino (Rick) of California, Connie Hathcoat of Pendleton and Ronald Hathcoat (Julie) of Pendleton; and his sister Polly Gibson (Jack) of Tennessee. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the First United Methodist Church (225 W State St, Pendleton, IN 46064).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be given to the PHHS Athletic Department for the Baseball and/or the Basketball programs, One Arabian Drive Pendleton, IN 46064.
