She was predeceased by: her parents, Merrill Horney and Esther Horney (Joe Chapman). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Lee Chapman; her children, Michael Chapman (Misty), Gary Chapman (Betty) and Kathryn McEntire; her grandchildren, Cole Chapman (Jourdan), Kyla McEntire, Grant Chapman (Lara), Cassie Swinney (Christian), Anna Whitaker (Quinn), Clair Black (Michael), Chandler Chapman, Carly Chapman, McKenzie Chapman, Jace Chapman and Jesse Chapman; her great grandchildren, Ford, Henley, Arabelle Chapman and Levi Black; her sister Linda Makowski; her nephew Greg Makowski; her niece Laura Quist; her brother Gordon Horney (Vicki); her nieces and nephews, Suzi Stokell (Dave), Nikki DeGrave (Ray) and AJ Horney (Katie); and her caregivers, Jill Burger, Julie, Rachel, Kyle Salmon, Adrien, Candace, Melanie, Erica, Odalys, Alyssa, Tinisha, Juliany, Julio, Kerra, Jayla and Cristina.
