He is survived by: his children, Michael Hendricks (Alexis) of Indiana, John Hendricks of Indiana, Shawn Hendricks of California and Tina Hite (Gary) of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Emily, Garrett Hite, Zoe and Xander Hendricks.
