He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carroll and Elvira Carroll (Beumer); his wife Carol Carroll (Rhykghem); his brother Daniel Carroll; and his siblings-in-law, John Trauth and Connie Carroll.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Carroll (Barbara) and Shannon Ulrich (Mike); his grandchildren, Andy Carroll, Sam Carroll, Amber Pennington (Mike), Alex Ulrich (Alexa), Mason Ulrich and Gavin Ulrich; and his siblings, David Carroll, Steven Carroll (Betty), Julia Trauth and Melissa Must (Kevin). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
