He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cook and Doris Jean Cook (Hodson); his aunts and uncles, Russell, Shirley Ward, Michael and Sharon; and his grandparents, Vern, Esther Cook, Mark, Georgia Hodson and George Kelly.
He is survived by: his sister Sharon Cook; his cousin Kellie Deppert (Terry); his niece Shelbie Taylor (Brandon); his great-nieces, Josephine and Carsen Taylor; and also Christopher Peters.
