She was predeceased by: her parents, Chris D. Miller and Lizzie Miller (Miller); her husband Omer Bontreger; and her siblings, Martha Hostetler, Vernon and Wil Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Bontreger (Lynnette) of Carmel and Rosie White (Greg) of Asheville, NC; and her siblings, Susie Yoder (Jay) of Versailles, MO, Emma Kauffman (Dana) of Caledonia, MI, Betty Kauffman (Loren) of Hastings, MI, Harley Miller (Marlene) of South Bend and Chris Miller (Gloria) of Goshen. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Miller-Stewart Funeral Home (1003 S Main St, Middlebury, IN 46540). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Clinton Union Cemetery (63576 Co Rd 35, Goshen, IN 46528).
