He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Derbique and Linda Nichols Cox; his daughter Alexandria "Allie" Derbique; his mother-in-law Carolyn Benson; and his grandmother Eloise Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Bridget Derbique; his children, Alexis Derbique (MacKenna Beveridge) and Anthony Derbique; his siblings, Tammy Pfeiffer (John), Tim Derbique and Tommy Derbique; his stepmother Elena Derbique; his son-in-law Jonathon Fugate; his grandson Rowe Thomas Fugate; his parents-in-law, Robert Benson (Brenda) and Roberta Schildmeier; and his nieces, Emily Mascia and Ashley Norzinskay. He is also survived by several other nieces & nephews.
