He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Burbrink and Irma Burbrink (Meyer); his wife Donna Sue Hollenbeck; and his brothers, Alvin, Marvin, Harlan, Larry, Lynn and Leonard.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Burbrink (Jessica) of Goshen; his grandchildren, Kim Pomerenke (Mike) of Carmel, Indiana., Philip Burbrink (Lori) of Mishawaka, Jeremy Burbrink of Ocean, Jocelyn Moore (Hunter) of El Paso, Texas, Janelle Burbrink of Hobart, Indiana, Kyle Pomerenke of Anderson, Indiana and Alan Pomerenke (Stephanie) of Indianapolis; his great grandchild Sienna Pomerenke; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Burbrink, Charlene Burbrink and Bonnie Biddle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to St. Peters Lutheran School, 719 Fifth Street, Columbus, IN 47201.
