He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Smith and Marjorie Smith (Thomas); and his brother Jim Smith. He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith; his children, Vickie Brock (Lance), Ken Smith (Jane) and Kya Woodruff (Marc); his grandchildren, Julie Brock, Heather Anderson (William), Kalah Schmaus (Anthony), Kenny Smith (Angela), Dustin Woodruff (Kayti) and Lindsay Woodruff; his great grandchildren, Eddie Smith and Ellie Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Cain (George), David Cruzan, Jamie Harden (Randy) and Jimmy Smith.
