She was predeceased by: her mother Gladys Kirby Burke; her stepfather James Burke; her husband Bobby L. Pharis; her son Tony Pharis; her grandson Timothy Josephs Pharis II; and her brothers, Robert Applegate and Michael Corkey Burke.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Pharis (Rhonda) and Todd Pharis; and her sisters, Cindy Burke Swango and Vicki Burke Bailey. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as several brothers-in law and sisters-in law.
