He is survived by: his wife Sidney Smith; and his children, Brett Allen Smith (Tamy), Scott Mason (Carrie Ditmars), Jeffrey Lynn Smith (Sherri), Deborah Sue Pruitt (Scott) and Joel Scott Zerns (Kim). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
