He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kantner and Margaret Kantner (Cox); his wife Sandra Kantner (Krishak); his children, John Kantner Jr., Robert Kantner and Lora Kantner; and his siblings, Danny Kantner, Babe Davis, Mike Kantner and Penny Hunt.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Allison (Paul) of Anderson and Frank Kantner of Fishers; his girlfriend Mary Phillips of Middletown; his daughters-in-law, Christi Kantner of Miami, FL and Shelley Kantner of Noblesville; his grandchildren, Brandi Tranbarger, Andrew Kantner (Dominque), Brian, Marissa and Nicholas Kantner; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Krishak of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service (229 S Rangeline Rd, Anderson, IN 46012). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions will be given to The Alzheimer's Association.
