He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hitzeman and Caroline Hitzeman (Kuhl); his daughter Karin Hitzeman; and his brother Norman Hitzeman. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Hitzeman (Wunderlich); his daughter Janna Hitzeman-Crampton (Eric); his sister-in-law Marcia Hitzeman (Walde); his nieces, Cheryl Sanders (Hitzeman) and Julie Ramey (Hitzeman); his nephew Brad Hitzeman; and his brother-in-law John Wunderlich.
