He was predeceased by: his parents, Israel, Sr. Menchaca and Socorro Menchaca (Huerta); his sisters, Micaela Rodriguez Menchaca and Rosa Maria Martinez Menchaca; and his grandson Adam Neal Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Mollie Menchaca; his children, Israel James Menchaca (Teri) and Michelle Menchaca Dixon (Barry); his sisters, Magdalena Guerra Menchaca, Socorro Aida Flores Huerta and Patricia Huerta; his granddaughters, Micaela Catherine Menchaca and Alexa Nikole Menchaca; and his great grandchild Vincent Menchaca.
