He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Wiggins and Ruth Wiggins (Caylor); his wife Joyce Ann Wiggins; and his siblings, Lavon, Maxine, Juanita, Dolores, Betty, Ruby and Lillian.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria Wright (Tom), Christina Wiggins, Denise McHenry, Linda Wainscott (Doug), Louise Hennessy (Bill), Rebecca Sharp (Doug), Pamela Pietsch and Charles "Andy" Simmons (Renee). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces & nephews.
