He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Frecker and Marie Frecker; his wife Mary (Loos); his children, Theresa Williams (Jeff), Michael Frecker (Donna), Julie Thoele (Joseph) and Kristi Grimsley (Rod); and his grandchildren, Jenne Frecker, Olivia Thoele, William Frecker (Lexie), Michaela Williams, Lea Bennett (Adam), Garrett Grimsley, Corinne Williams and Payton Grimsley.
