He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Hill and Lucille Hill (Mascoe); and his siblings, Gordon Hill and Judy Smith. He is survived by: his wife Phroncia Hill; his children, Cheryl Sloan and Damon Hill; and his sister Karen Swinford. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Randall & Roberts Funeral Home (1150 Logan St, Noblesville, IN 46060). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
