He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Jacob and LaVonne Jacob (Butler); his sister Vicki Traub (Jeff); and his brother-in-law Pat Padgett (Pam). He is survived by: his wife Karin Jacob; his daughters, Ashley McCreary (Tyler) and Allison Sundstrom (Kirk); his grandchildren, Charlie, Ethan and Leo; his siblings, Terry Jacob (Lynn), Diane Dowd (Joe), Debbie Stamas (Steve), Pam Padgett, Larry Jacob (Shannon) and Sherry Bluethmann (Jeff); and his brother-in-law Mark Kemper (Carol Anne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
