He was predeceased by: his parents, Williard Forkner and Nancy Elizabeth Forkner (Ehman); and his sisters, Wanda Gullion and Ellen M. Stoops. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Forkner; his daughters, Angela Parsley (Charles), Cathy Kollath, Laurie Leffler (Brad) and Dawn Dudgeon (Jason); and his grandchildren, Shawna (Jason), Morgan (Robert), Stephen (Kristin), Jackie (Jonny), Seth (Janina), Logan, Blake, Jake and Sam. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and 29 nieces & nephews.
