She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Ross Staley (Bell) and Michael Cooney; and her husband Sidney Hood. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Hood, Mike Hood (Gloria), Jeff Hood (Cindi) and Steve Hood (Dorothy). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
