He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Perr and Freida Perr (Ophlert); his wife Doris Perr; and his son Jack Perr. He is survived by: his children, Terry Perr, Carolyn Perr, Rick Perr, Bobby Perr and Michelle Perr; and his siblings, Clarence Perr and Virginia Perr. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
