He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Rinker and Joyce G. Rinker; and his brother Paul B. Rinker. He is survived by: his wife Terri Rinker (Stanford); and his sister Judith Hoskins of Anderson. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
