He was predeceased by: his parents, Tad Chemelewski and Ceil Chemelewski; his brother Tad Chemelewski; and his sister-in-law Joyce (Ken). He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay (Wehrle); his children, Karen Roberts (Paul), Jeffrey Chemelewski and Stefani Inskeep (Bruce); his grandchildren, Emily Meyer (Zach), George Roberts, Megan Inskeep, Matthew Inskeep (Molly) and Tyler Chemelewski; his great grandchild Noah Meyer; his brothers, Ken and Gary (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Judy Chemelewski.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of David, be considered to St Vincent de Paul and Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.
