She was predeceased by: her parents, Gray Cecil and Betty Joan Burk. She is survived by: her husband Steve Captain; her children, Erin Dailey (Steve) and Daniel Captain of Indianapolis; and her siblings, Gray Prose (Karen) and Cathy Bagley. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
