He is survived by: his sibling Phi Beta Sigma; his wife Angela Avery Maffett; his children, Adrianne, Anissa and Christian; and his siblings, Terri Faulkner, Edward Reginald Spaulding, Claudine Marie Hunt and Stephanie Peterson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
