He is survived by: his wife Janiece Smith; his sister Kathy Madison (Terry Ferguson); his children, Amy Kellems (Richard) and Jason Smith (Lynn); his grandchildren, Chelsea Spencer (Zach), Courtney Kingen, Nick Smith (Emily), Brody Smith and Braxton Kellems; and his great grandchild Zage.
