He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hause; his children, Christy Clements, Brian Hause (Lisa), Steve Hause (Lori) and Carrie Prater (Scot); his sisters, Debbie Smith (Lewis) and Pattie Tunney (John); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Justin, Jessica, Cody, Chelsea, Tyler, Emily and Zachary. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
