He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steven Newlin and Agnes Kelly Newlin; his wife Patricia Evans; his sons, Kenneth Newlin (Lisa) of Indianapolis and David Newlin (Amanda) of Nashville; and his brothers, Jim Newlin of Puryear and Ray Newlin (Barbara) of Valparaiso, IN. He was also cherished by 8 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
