He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Marie Patricia Johnson (Parry). He is survived by: his father Frederick Lewis Johnson of Wilkes-Barre, PA; his wife Ruth A. Johnson (Brandt) of Nineveh, IN; his stepchildren, Heidi Patton of Indianapolis, IN, Christopher Prewitt of Columbus, IN and Chad Prewitt of Kansas; and his siblings, Frederick David Johnson (Christie) of Edinburgh, IN, Marietta Johnson (Bob Krynick) of Wilkes-Barre, PA and Cathy Emick (Loren) of Wilkes-Barre, PA. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
