It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Wendell Kroeger Sr. of Newburgh, Indiana, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kroeger and Gladys Kroeger (Powell); his wife Sue (McCulla); his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Dorothy; his sister Nina Lance; and his brother-in-law Richard Lance.
He is survived by: his son William Kroeger Jr. (Chelsey); his sister Ruth Collins (Hugh); and his grandchildren, Jenna, Sara, Maverick, Maddex and William Nash Kroeger. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and family relatives.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion United Church of Christ (10 W 1st St, Newburgh, IN 47630).
