We bid farewell to William Watson Kitchens of Newburgh, Indiana, born in Dunbar, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 4, 2024 at the age of 101. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ustus Kitchens and Gusta Mae Kitchens (Ruley); his wife Wilma Hope Kitchens (McDougall); and his siblings, Wendell Kitchens, Exie Hawes, Carl Kitchens, Garry Kitchens and Royce Kitchens.

He is survived by: his sons, William Rhodes Kitchens (Phyllis) and Curtis Scott Kitchens; his brother Boyce Kitchens (Ila Mae); his grandchildren, John (Sarah), Louis, Anne (Colby) and Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Ella, Zachary, Wynston, June and Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
