He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter S. Stephens and Virginia Stephens (Connor); his wife Barbara Stephens (Purcell); and his grandchild Hunter Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Tim Stephens (Karen), Debbie Martin (Marty) and Lance Stephens (Keri); his siblings, Kay Whittington and Jay Potesta; his grandchildren, Ashley Stinson, Mikelle Mitchell (Martin), Daniel Martin, Kayla Martin, Claire Stephens, Noah Stephens, Anna Stephens and Landon Stephens; his great grandchildren, Chloe, Ellie, Gabe and Reagan; and his close friend Connie Littlepage.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Boone Funeral Home (5330 Washington Ave, Evansville, IN 47715). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
