She was predeceased by: her father Herbert P. Barnett; her grandfather Rev. Claude I. Hunsaker; her parent Anice B. Barnett (Hunsaker); her brother Paul Barnett; her grandparents, Hazel M. Hunsaker, Luther and Ethel Barnett; and her parents-in-law, George Marx Jr. and Elsa Marx.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Hooker of Newburgh, IN; her children, Angie Riggs (Kevin) of Evansville, IN and Andrew Hooker of Nashville, TN; her brothers, Ronald Barnett (Kris) of Bloomington, IL and George Barnett (Cindy) of Rockport, IN; her sister-in-law Shirley Barnett of Buckskin, IN.; her grandchildren, Abbigail, Anna and Audrie Raben; her nieces and nephews, Kristi Beatty, Kevin Barnett, Leah Johnson, Stephanie Barnett, Ashley McNeely, Nicholas, Adam, Zachary and Seth Barnett; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kylie Patty, Penny, Lilith, Cora, Sara, Emmett, Jack, Benjamin Barnett, Arlo, Amri Critchfield, Maribelle McNeely, Kathy Wagler, Katie, Bryan, Aaron Gross, Meagan Trivett, David Sammanns and Charles Braden; and also, Oaklyn, Layne, Dawson Patty, Ethan Gross, Blake, Ben, Logan Wagler, Adam Kloss, Liam Trivett, Iris and Ava.
