With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Lawton of Newburgh, Indiana, who passed away on December 11, 2024 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawton and Anna Lawton (Simon); his son Bryan Lawton; and his brothers, Daniel and Tim Lawton.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Lawton (Storey) of Newburgh, IN; his daughters, Stephanie Hunter (Shane) of Newburgh, IN, Tiffany Largent of Evansville, IN and Ashley Taylor of Evansville, IN; his siblings, Beverly Wilson, Mary Notter, Karen Mason, Lillian Crawford, Cathy Delauter, Patricia Boatman, Michael, David, William and Chris Lawton; and his grandchildren, Hendrix Hunter, Hannah Jenkins, Landon Fischer, Kendall Fischer and Zebadiah Largent. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Browning Funeral Home (738 E Diamond Ave, Evansville, IN 47711).
