He was predeceased by: his parents, Barry Baughn and Belle Baughn (Busham); his wife Ruth Baughn; and his son Kevin Baughn. He is survived by: his children, Kelly Bowen (Terry) and Keith Baughn (Christina); his grandchildren, Terry Winters (Laura), Nicholas Winters (Kim), Kaylan Baughn, Kylie Baughn, Samantha Pugsley (Chad) and Bayleigh Howe; and also Karyn Howe.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home-Newburgh Chapel (5333 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Alexander Newburgh Chapel (5533 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630).
