He is survived by: his wife Debbie Daywalt; his father Don Daywalt of Newburgh; his brother Mark Daywalt (Joanie) of Evansville; his mother-in-law Irene Hayden; and his brother-in-law Kent Hayden (Sandra). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
