He was predeceased by: his father Harlan H. Brand; his wife Barbara Brand (Siemers); his brother Harlan Brand, Jr.; and his son-in-law Stephen Adlard. He is survived by: his son Michael; his daughter-in-law Jackie Brand; his daughter Shelly Adlard; his grandchildren, Susan Ferch (Jake) and Andy Adlard (Hailey); his great grandchildren, Mae Ferch, Roux and Lowen Adlard; and his sisters, Sandy Minks (Wayne) and Beverly Atherton.
