He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted E. Myers and Billie Jo Satterfield (Myers); his wife Sandy; his daughter Stacy James; his brothers, Doug, Terry and Ronald Myers; and his stepbrother Les Satterfield.
He is survived by: his daughter Megan Skeels (Matt); his stepson Chad Phillips (Amber); his siblings, Lana Getto and Darrin Myers (Laura); and his grandchildren, Misty Phillips, Nick Lamar and River White.
Memorial contributions in Roger's memory may be made to the John L. Lewis Day Fund or the American Legion.
