He is survived by: his brothers, Jerry Schapker and Rick Schapker; his half-brothers, Christopher, Mitchell and Brian Schapker; his wife Kathy Treadway; and his son Nicholas Schapker.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander Newburgh Chapel (5333 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630).
