He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hoffman (MacBeth); his daughters, Cindy Felts (Scott) and Karen Anthony (Jeffrey); his siblings, Dayna Cooper (Tim), David Hoffman (Jenny) and Doug Hoffman (Helen); and his grandchildren, Caleb Felts, Daniel Felts, Sarah Felts and Tristan Anthony.
