He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Lee and Virginia Imogene Cook (Cottrell). He is survived by: his sisters, Diana Epley (Oscar) of Newburgh, IN and Donna Scheller (Stephen) of Orlando, FL; his nephews, Matthew Epley and Andrew Scheller; his niece Kirsten Scheller; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chancelor, Elijah, Autumn and Abigail.
