She was predeceased by: her parents, William Berger and Edna Berger (Horst); her husband Dr. Jack D. Bland; her siblings, Bill, Oscar, Paul, Catherine Mackey, Ruth Brocksmith and Vera Dunkerly; and her son-in-law Jeff Foye.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Foye of Newburgh, IN, Cheryl Baize (Mark) of Wyoming, OH and Crista Bugg (Chris) of Madisonville, KY; and her grandchildren, Courtney Obermeyer (Eric), Caitlyn Foye (Nat Hauck), Eric, Anna Baize, Dean, Will and Jackson Summers. She is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
