She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Hammers; her husband Lester Sullivan; and her siblings, Paul Hammers, Helen Hammers, Emma Lee Mcwhorter, Vivian Pogue and Mary Jo Bailey.

She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Fleming (Roger) of Evansville and Leesa Gardner (Rusty) of Lenoir City, TN; her grandchildren, Bryan Fleming (Krista) of Evansville, Vanessa Ruehmkorff (Angelo) of Evansville, Renita Phelps (Brent) of Bowling Green, KY, Brent Gardner (Monica) of Temple, TX and Eleese Whitehead (Andrew) of Lebanon, TN; and her sister Carolyn Fernandez of Evansville. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren.
