She is survived by: her husband Chuck Hergenrother; her daughters, Mindy Middleton, Bittner (Russ) of Darmstadt, IN and Jennifer Sandusky of Newburgh, IN; her granddaughter Sadie Belle Adkisson; and her close friends, Shelia Given and Vella Goebel.
