With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nelson D. Fernandes of Newburgh, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fernandes and Maria Fernandes (Daconceicao). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Fernandes; his daughters, Debbie Ash, Michelle Jobe (Loyd) and Diana Deters (Jon); and his grandchildren, Nature Hoefling (Austin), Jakob Whaley, Skylar Marshall, Peyton Deters, Isabella Jobe and Avery Deters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Alexander Newburgh Chapel (5333 IN-261, Newburgh, IN 47630). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
