He is survived by: his wife Elmina Joyce McDaniel Salaiz of Newburgh, IN; his sons, Daniel Salaiz (Mandie) of San Antonio, TX and Dennis Salaiz of Morganfield, KY; his stepson Jeff Mayes; his siblings, Eva Salaiz of San Antonio, TX, Connie Redman of San Antonio, TX and Sam Salais of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Jenae Salaiz and Cory Wilson; his stepgrandchildren, Brittany Mayes, Justin Gish, Lee Gish and Amanda Gish; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Mitchell and Celeste Wilson.
